Lucy Schipanski

Profile

Lucy graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy. Since then she has worked mainly in private practice gaining experience in the assessment and management of a diverse range of musculoskeletal presentations.

Experience

Lucy has worked in both acute private practice settings and in the public health area of chronic pain management. In addition, she has experience in Pilates exercise and rehabilitation.

Clinical Interest

Lucy’s clinical interests include acute and chronic spinal conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, headache and postural pain, dry needling, long term complex musculoskeletal disorders and tendon injuries. She also has a keen interest in sports, running related injuries, exercise and injury prevention.

Lucy has also completed further study at La Trobe University in the field of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and gained a Masters of Physiotherapy qualification.
